The warranty period of all Repairs, is 1 year (12 Months) from Date of Purchase.
We offer this in accordance to following conditions:
(a) Wear or tear from normal use;
(b) any servicing by anyone after delivery other than by anyone authorized by A.L Electric Fencing
(c) the Product(s) having been misused or subjected to neglect, improper or inadequate care carelessness (including being dropped), or abnormal usage conditions.
(d) the Product(s) having been involved in any accident or attempt at repair, alteration, change or modification or inspection within the Product itself except by or on behalf of A.L Electric Fencing or as approved by A.L Electric Fencing or in accordance with A.L Electric Fencing instructions;
(e) The Product(s) having been used other than in accordance with good practice and A.L Electric Fencing's instructions or recommendations; or
(f) The use of non-genuine spare parts or accessories fitted to the Product(s)
(g) Mains Energisers are designed for indoor use only & must be mounted in a dry building.
(h) The following Rutland units (ESB57, ESB202, ESB117, ESB122, ESB127, ESB137, ESB145, ESM402, ESM602, ESM902), are subject to chip failure, if the chip becomes faulty within the warranty period this is not covered under are warranty, but we can offer a replacement circuit for £72.00 fitted free of charge. (Please note this is simply because the Chip is not available separately from the manufacturer)
(i) The following Gallagher units (B160, B180, PADDOCK MASTER, M300, M600, M800, M1200), are subject to chip failure, if the chip becomes faulty within the warranty period this is not covered under are warranty, but we can offer a replacement circuit for £72.00 fitted free of charge. (Please note this is simply because the Chip is not available separately from the manufacturer)
The 1 year warranty slip is featured on the bottom of the original receipt of purchase & will be necessary to validate any warranty claim.
Any warranty claim must be logged within the warranty period. This involves sending the Product complete packaged and freight prepaid
(You shall bear the cost) with the proof of purchase & the original sales receipt to:

Subject to inspection, the Product will be repaired free of charge. Costs may be incurred for any warranty claims that are deemed invalid.
